Guidelines:

1.       Work in groups of three.

2.       Create THREE role plays about:

a.       A costumer complaining about a good or service, and provide a satisfactory solution to your customer.

b.       A successful job interview

c.       A bad job interview

3.       Include the information from the PPP and readings

4.       Minimum time 8 minutes – maximum time 15 minutes

5.       Bring a WRITTEN draft of the dialogues being used in the role plays

6.       Reading is not allowed.

7.       5 % each of the role plays. Group evaluation.
